Good food has real costs.

Fresh ingredients fluctuate in price. Local producers don’t offer volume discounts. Small kitchens don’t get corporate price breaks. There’s no country club subsidy covering losses behind the scenes.

This is a small, independent operation. There’s no purchasing department negotiating prices by the truckload. No guaranteed revenue. No safety net. Just honest people doing the work, every day.

Sure, corners could be cut. Ready-made dishes are cheaper. Lower-quality ingredients are easier. Frozen food is predictable. That works for chain restaurants and country clubs. It doesn’t work here.
